Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail and are sent using a tracked service, providing confirmation of delivery and the ability to monitor your parcel's progress.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Where possible, we recommend placing all required items in a single order, as separate orders are processed and dispatched individually and will each incur the applicable shipping charge.

Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. While responsibility for the parcel passes in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we take great care to securely pack all items before dispatch.
