Acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch your goods.

8. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of cleared payment.
We use Royal Mail tracked services wherever possible. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery.
9. Returns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.
Due to the nature of research products, we are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied items that have been opened, handled or stored after delivery unless required by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the products supplied.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of research data or business interruption arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
